I AM A STORY Project is a local project to collect the audio stories of those who live in Jefferson County, Oregon. JCLD, The JC Historical Society, KWSO, and the Latino Community Association are inviting people throughout the county to share their stories to educate, engage, and explore the recent history and present issues that concern us today.
During the summer of 2022 the I AM A STORY project will host two community storytelling events. One event will be for kids at the JC Fair and the other for interested adults. The theme: You Can't Judge a Book by Its Cover.
So how do you get involved? Come to one of our monthly events and share your story. Type it out in the form below and send it to us. Or the newest way is to tell us your story on Memria and record your story now! It is really that easy. We want to hear from you!
Jefferson County Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
