Does the term “appendix” refer to the portion of the proposer’s submission dedicated to innovative ideas, cost reduction strategies, and market volatility, and not to a document associated with the RFP? Or should “appendix” have read as “index?” ANSWER: The term appendix is referring to the portion of the proposer’s submission dedicated to innovative ideas, cost reduction strategies, and market volatility.
QUESTION: We presume the deadline for questions listed in the RFP (“August 2nd, 2023”) is erroneous. ANSWER: Deadline for questions is August 30th 2023.
